In addition to traditional residential real estate and property management, we have agents who specialize in Short Sale and REO properties for both the new and experienced investor.  Our experienced agents have been helping distressed sellers negotiate Pre-Foreclosure/Short Sales with banks for more than four (4) years with a success rate of well over 95%.  The process is made safe for sellers by leaving control of the property with the seller throughout the process.  The Short Sale process is made simple, and as quick as possible, by the assignment of an experienced Realtor® negotiator to shepherd the transaction through the lender's process, shortening the transaction time from three (3) to six (6) months down to six (6) to eight (8) weeks depending on the lender.  Some lenders take longer but we do our best to make the process as efficient and speedy as possible.  You'll be informed at least weekly of the status of the transaction regardless of how long the process is.
