...Cynthia found me a home that more than met my needs in the area of town I wanted to live in. The house was within my price range and appraised for the final sale price. She scheduled inspections, researched issues with inspectors and the State Structural Pest Control Commission, negotiated problem resolution with the seller´s agent, scheduled termite treatment and worked with all involved to be sure everything came together in the end. She went above and beyond the call of duty investigating and tracking down options available in dealing with  potential issues when she could have just let it slide.
